Personal Identification Information: Full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, residential address, email address, telephone number, mobile number, photographs, government-issued identification documents (e.g., passport, national ID, driver's license), and any other information needed for identity verification.
Financial Information: Crypto wallet addresses, transaction history on the Platform, information regarding source of funds and / or source of wealth, income information, asset information, and potentially financial statements or records you provide for verification or FIV purposes.
Account Information: Username, password, account settings, transaction history, staked assets, investment details, activity logs, security information (like 2FA setup).
FIV Application Related Information: Specific details required by Philippine government agencies for the FIV application, which may include, but is not limited to: details of the investment, supporting documentation evidencing the investment (e.g., contracts, agreements), legal documents related to the investment (e.g., contracts, agreements), criminal background and history (if applicable), health information, and other sensitive data deemed necessary to support the FIV application, particularly where such application is linked to assets hosted on the Platform.
Employment and Business Information: Information about your employment status, employer details, occupation, or business activities, potentially collected during KYC or source of funds verification.
Police Clearance Report: Applicants will be required to provide a police clearance report as part of the FIV application.
Tax Information: Tax Identification Numbers (TINs), tax residency information, or other tax-related documents required for compliance purposes.
Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, login data, time zone setting, location data (if enabled), usage data (how you use our Platform).
Communications Information: Records of your correspondence with us, including support requests, feedback, or survey responses.
Other Sensitive Information: Additional non-public data or information necessary to fulfill regulatory obligations or facilitate FIV eligibility.

Philippine Government Agencies (FIV Process): We will share necessary information with relevant Philippine government agencies (such as, but not limited to, the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB), Bureau of Immigration, Board of Investments, etc.) specifically for the purpose of facilitating and supporting your FIV application linked to assets managed through our Platform.
Third-Party Service Providers: We may share information with vendors who perform functions on our behalf, such as KYC/identity verification providers, cloud hosting services, and security providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
